Search Inside Yourself Program, Developed at Google & Based on Neuroscience

The Search Inside Yourself program is the Gold Standard in Mindful Leadership and Mindfulness at Work programs. It is taught globally and has been introduced in organisations such as SAP, AXA, American Express, Sales Force, Roche and LinkedIn. We partner with Search Inside Yourself to bring this program to organisations in the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East.

We are passionate about bringing mindfulness to people from all walks of life. What is Mindfulness & How Can it Help Me?

The Mindfulness Dubai team has a combined experience of over 20 years mindfulness meditation practice and experience. We love working with groups and individuals to bring out the best in them and to show them that a trained mind transforms our relationship with ourselves, with the world and with others. In delivering our workplace and public programs we also work with other experienced teachers from around the world and love collaborating with and sharing knowledge with like minded mindfulness buffs like ourselves!
