Mindfulness techniques have been widely researched and have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, to increase physical and psychological well-being and to enable individuals to reconnect with themselves and with what's most important. During our mindful living day program we will equip you will the techniques, skills and knowledge to build a long lasting mindfulness practice and to maximise your potential inside and outside of work.

What you will learn during the program:

- Mindfulness techniques to cultivate concentration, productivity, self-awareness and self-management.

- Emergency mindfulness - practices to help you when you feel overwhelmed.

- Mini mindfulness practices to use during your busy day at work or at home.

- Workplace mindfulness techniques to use during the day to keep you calm, focused and energised.

- Mindfulness practices to build resilience and reduce stress.

- Mindfulness practices to help manage repetitive thoughts, worry and anxiety.

- Mindfulness practices to manage difficult conversations at work and home.
